For a game where the majority of participants occasionally consider good luck, there are lots of superstitions in poker. Ok, that might appear to be a bit ubsurd, but poker is a casino game armed with superstitions. Did you realize that if you’re playing a game with two different decks and you’re asked to select the deck, you should always choose the deck that is furthest from you? Or, what If you get a run of terrible cards, you have to hang out on a hankerchief to break your terrible luck? It is certainly thought of as good luck to blow through a deck of cards while they are being shuffled.
