Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the west in a great game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the croupier, unlike the majority of other poker games that players compete against other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, beginner players do not have to worry about other, more experienced gamblers winning their moolla.

A further Pai Gow edge is the relatively slow game pace, rookies can take their time and strategize without having to make hasty choices.

It is also simpler to wager on for an extended time with only a little amount of money since, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The player is dealt seven cards faces showing and the croupier is given seven cards face down.

One five card hand and one 2 card hand have to be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer’s.
